Information you choose to share

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, work email, optional company name and the message you send.

When you subscribe to insight2go, we receive your email address and may record the page where you subscribed so we can understand how people find the newsletter.

How we use it

We use contact-form information to read your inquiry, reply to you and decide whether add2go can help with the challenge you described.

We use newsletter information to manage your insight2go subscription and send the emails you asked to receive. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each newsletter.

Services that support the website

Kit manages insight2go subscriber records, confirmation emails and unsubscribes. Resend processes contact-form email delivery. Vercel hosts the website and may process limited technical request information for delivery, reliability and security. Google Analytics is used for website measurement only after you accept analytics.

These providers may process information in countries outside Canada. Their own privacy terms and applicable law govern how they handle that information.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to limit access to personal information. Website forms also use basic anti-spam and request protections.

We keep information only as long as it is useful for the purpose it was collected, for business records or when retention is otherwise required. Newsletter records remain in Kit until you unsubscribe or the record is removed. Analytics information is retained according to the settings configured in our Google Analytics property and Google's applicable retention controls.

Cookies and analytics

add2go uses Google Analytics to understand how people use the website and to improve content, navigation and the overall experience. Google Analytics is not loaded until you choose “Accept analytics” in the consent banner. If you choose “Decline,” analytics remains off.

When analytics is accepted, Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and collect website usage and technical information such as pages viewed, interactions, browser or device information and approximate location. Google states that GA4 commonly uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish users and maintain session state.

Your analytics choice is saved in your browser so the website can remember it. You can review or change that choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the website footer. Changing your preference affects future analytics collection on this site.
